Meet Audra
Audra Linn, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience using elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support individual and staff growth.
Audra brings a warm, down-to-Earth approach to her management coaching and interpersonal skills classes. She is focused on offering practical tools to help individuals manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors associated with their anticipation of, or reactions to, everyday experiences. These tools can help both managers and team members work together more effectively and achieve more productive outcomes from difficult conversations.
Meet Marcia
Marcia Lucas, CFA is founder and president of Person-to-Person. Ms. Lucas launched Person-to-Person after 12 years as a full-time lecturer in the finance department of California State University, Fullerton where she was recognized for excellence in teaching and service in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2022 and received an Instructional Innovation Award from the CSUF College of Business and Economics in 2019.
Ms. Lucas’ career as a full-time educator is built on a 27-year foundation with the investment firm PIMCO and its parent company Allianz Global Investors (under her former name, Marcia Clark.) In addition to her roles as department head, account manager, and senior vice president, Ms. Lucas created the investment essentials component of the company’s new hire training program and delivered numerous educational workshops for clients and business partners. These activities led to her final assignment as Global Director of the AllianzGI Academy where she developed professional education programs for client-facing staff in Allianz Global Investors’ regional offices in the U.S, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
